My garage stopped working properly on saturday morning, so I called Metro Garage Door, inc as they replaced my opener years ago..I was sad to see they were closed on Saturdays as that led me to call another company my big mistake....I actually had two appts one with the competitor n Metro...the competitor was like a tornado not being able to show up in a timely fashion n not having all the necessary tools to do the job with that said Metro came within the time I was told. Mr Tony Marinello was so professional, efficient, personable n understanding as to my situation concerning my garage door. I recommend this company to any n all who need any service or replacement of their garage door. Thank you Metro for sending the BEST!

Garage door installed in behalf of the builder, 2 panels were damaged but they installed it anyways. we have to wait almost 5 months to have it replaced. after replacing the panels, railings pop-off in less than a day since they were not able to mount it correctly to stud. now we have wait until Monday again for them to come since they said it is not an emergency. Kelly is not helpful either and the way. There is arrogance in the way the concern was answered.

Garage Door Fix- Tony from Metro Garage arrived on time, was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We had several questions and he walked us through multiple options on fixing our garage door. Once we decided, he was done fairly quickly. How many repair visits are that seamless? Thank Tony!

We've been needing our garage door replace for months. This morning my wife received a call saying we'd have someone from Metro garage doors to replace it at around 930am. Dylan Moon showed up on time and went right to work. He was very professional and efficient in his work. He replaced our old door with a new door in no time all with a smile. Great work young man! We recently installed a new gate entry system at out home and the whole process from start to finish was flawless. Our installer was Levi and he was absolutely great. He even came back the next day to fix an issue with one of the wires. My husband and I are very pleased with the new system and especially with the level of care we received from the entire team at Metro. We look forward to doing business again in the near future. Thank you all again.

Tried to hire them to install a new motor and service existing garage door. I scheduled an appointment with Debbie and she was very helpful and professional. When I never received a call to confirm my appointment or an estimated time of arrival I called to check in and was told by Angie(I believe that was her name) they had tried to call me multiple times. I NEVER received a call from them and she shared that they just canceled the appointment because "we arent just going to diddle around waiting for you". She was extremely unprofessional and I am very disappointed in the service that I received today.

The technician Tony did a super job on repairing and tuning up my vintage garage door, I have used them before but this time, When paying with anything other than cash or a check this company charges 3% for playing with a debit card I feel they should include the card service fee price in their parts or service fee instead of gouging the consumer for another 3% charge. That us not legal in the state of Georgia and some states.

Bought a new home in 2019 and metro garage had installed doors on behalf of builder. Today morning while opening the garage door the curved arm and middle steel portion of garage door was pulled out. After complaining about it ,they said they will charge for technician to come and see followed by other charges .I dont understand how come steel part break if substandard quality is not used. Highly disappointed in there service. Its only 2 years and did not last long. Bad experience.

From start to finish a class act. Scheduling was adaptable to my needs. My technician, Brandon Collins, showed up right on time. I called Metro Garage Doors on Tuesday and they were able to send a technician on Friday. We moved into a home that needed Metro Garage Doors. They are extremely responsive. Jimmy Smith, the Residential Tech, was professional and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. He immediately figured out what our problem was and fixed it. He explained the situation and wanted to ensure we didn't have any questions prior to his leaving. We will definitely use Metro Garage Doors again and will request Jimmy Smith. Hopefully, we will not need them but as a house ages, you never know. However, we do know who we will be calling. We called and they were able to schedule us within 2 days. Jimmy arrived a little later than our time frame because he had gotten held up at a previous job. This happens but he still came knowing it was going to take him several hours to complete our job. He didn't leave until 8p with a smile on his face and everything completed to our satisfaction. The people at Metro go above and beyond, everyone that passed me asked if I had been helped Kelly is a wonderful upfront person but Jermey is my Angel on one of my worst days he showed up and out on my behalf. I am unemployed after 22yrs my plant moved to Alabama amy my husband was diagnosed with MCI early onset Dementia in June. When I say God put Angel's in our lives all I can say is Hallelujah. Thank you so much for listening and sending someone out to take care of us on top of giving me the part's we needed to fix our garage door. I will be praying for you as you pray for me. I scheduled a spring repair for my garage door and they stiffed the repair date. When I called them back, they said I was wrong on the scheduling. They then scheduled another date the following day and they never showed up. Their receptionist accused me of lying about the scheduled dates. Very disreputable business. I scheduled my repair with Nabors Garage Door Service.

I am one of those people that very rarely write reviews but I do read them to help me purchase things. I felt compel to write about this company. I have seem the company trucks in the Douglasville area and I gotten to the point where I needed new garage door. I gave them a call and made an appointment, I was impressed from the very beginning with the sale lady being on time and being very professional. As the order process started, I met two of the women in the office (Shea & Shun) and I was highly impressed with them as well on how they took care of my order and making sure to take care of me being a customer. Then the final nail came on the day of installation. This guy name(Tom) came to my house bright and early and completely blew me away. He was very efficient and knew his business. I am 100% satisfied and would highly recommend Metro Garage Doors to anyone who is in need of their services, Great job Metro and Mr. Tom.

Great help from the staff to assit in purchasing a set of torsion springs to replace one broken spring and the other aging one. Gavin gave me some great tips on technique for removal and replacement of the springs. They even let me borrow the torsion spring winding bar tools to do the job safely. it's good to be able to spend my money locally and get this kind of service when there is so much temptation to buy things online.
