Every call to (770) 526-1214 goes to a Metro employee, not a third-party call center reading from a script. We can talk through what's happening with the door, confirm a same-day window, and quote a diagnostic visit on the spot.
If you call before noon, expect a tech that afternoon. After noon, expect a window before close of business or first thing the next morning. Saturdays and Sundays run on the same schedule. Holidays are spelled out at the moment of booking.
Phones answered Monday–Sunday, 7 AM–9 PM for new service. Dispatch runs 7 AM–7 PM. After-hours emergencies — a door stuck open, a vehicle trapped inside, a commercial property exposed — call the same number; we'll route you through the on-call queue.
